not a complaint = yet, have missed call @ 18.56 on 25/03/2010, tried several times to call back & just get a buzz sound, I did think this service would give me a name & address, so not really a complaint - yet, just trying to find out who is ringing & then I cannot answer when I call back. thanks

same as above - i rang bt and they said it definitely is not anyone ringing from there and (wait for it) they are not really bothered; if i think it's a scam it's up to me to ring the police!

Called my mobile today claiming to be 'British Telecom' wanting to know why I don't use BT for my outgoing business calls. This is news to me, as we pay BT a lot of money to make phone calls from the Office.
Caller could not tell me what telephone line she was talking about - when I asked her which company she worked for she said 'British Telecom Ltd.' - this is obviously a lie since BT is a PLC.
Caller did have my company name though.
I'd like to know who this company really is so that I can make a DPA Subject Access Request. If they are working on behalf of BT, then I'd like to know why BT are authorising their suppliers to call me on my private mobile phone.

They have got hold of my mobile number somehow and keep calling it night and day. I cannot have my phone on ring during work and tend to leave it on silent, therefore, I haven't managed to answer it yet, but I'll catch 'em one day. Menaces.

This number has called a number of times per day with silent voicemail messages. I answered once saying that I am not interested but they continue calling and this is now amounting to harrassment. It is clearly a telemarketing company/call centre and I have heard of this number being associated with several businesses in the UK - e.g. BT, British Gas.
